If your serum arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep the original packaging and product until the issue is resolved.
After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund according to our return/refund policy.
❌ Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
